School Contract
The school agrees to:
- Carry out Newtownabbey Community High School’s Code of Conduct and the policy on behaviour.
- Provide a balanced curriculum which aims to meet individual needs of each pupil.
- Encourage every pupil to achieve her/his potential as a valued member of the school community.
- Listen to pupils’ concerns and problems with respect and understanding; Set homework in accordance with the homework timetable and mark work on a regular basis.
- Keep parents regularly informed via meetings and written communications of their child’s academic and social development.
- Encourage pupils and parents to become fully involved in the life and development of the school.
